27 November marks the day when HR excellence is celebrated at the inaugural CHRO Awards gala dinner.
Drayton Glendower is proud to be a sponsor of this prestigious event, standing tall among other industry leaders.
Hosted by celebrated comedian Loyiso Madinga, this is the inaugural annual gala dinner event where the CHRO community celebrates excellence in HR and recognises individual leaders who have done exceptional work.
Inspired by the theme ‘Your Sky is the Limit’, 200 top HR leaders will hear from Saray Khumalo, the first African woman to climb Mount Everest, about persevering when the oxygen gets low. Astrophotographer Cory Schmitz will provide dazzling insights into the universe AND reveal the surprising significance of humans in the bigger scheme of things.
We are also delighted to announce that Drayton Glendower’s Managing Partner, Moula Mokhobo-Amegashie, has been selected as a judge for the awards.
The judges for the CHRO Awards are extremely experienced in the field of human resources and are highly regarded by the CHRO community. The panel consists of industry leaders working for South Africa’s leading companies.
“It is a great honour for me to be part of these awards, celebrating excellence in Human Capital. The calibre of the inaugural CHRO award nominees was outstanding. There are some innovative human capital initiatives emanating from South African HR Executives that need to be shared internationally.
The CHRO awards provide a unique platform to foster this sharing globally.“
