Moula has more than 25 years broad consulting experience working for global professional services firms.
She is the Managing Partner at Drayton Glendower and leads the Executive Search Capability globally. In addition to her search work in South Africa, she is an expert in the sub-Saharan business landscape and has supported clients in a range of industries across the region and internationally. She has partnered with organisations in the public and private sectors, at both Board and senior Executive levels.

She began her career at Accenture, where she spent 8 years as a management consultant. Moula has a BA Social Science degree from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Science degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from the University of Oxford & HEC in Paris. Her previous Board roles include: Serving 2 terms as a member of Council for the University of Johannesburg. She was a sub-committee member of the Finance Committee. A member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Governance for St Stithians College, a leading private school in South Africa. Co-Chairman of Women Corporate Directors (South African Chapter).

Portia Dube
Finance Manager
As the finance and accounting manager at Drayton Glendower and Mokhobo, Portia leads the accounting and finance function.

Portia has over 10 years’ experience in the finance and accounting field having started her career as a bookkeeper. Portia joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from PFK Octagon Chartered Accountants where she served her SAICA articles. She conducted audits on clients operating in a variety of industries. She departed as an audit senior responsible for conducting audit engagements, recording of entities’ financial transactions, compiling Annual Financial Statements and accompanying notes as well as preparing tax computations and supporting documentation for submission to the revenue authorities. Prior to PKF Octagon Chartered Accountants she worked for Prism Architects (Pty) Ltd as a bookkeeper and office manager responsible for the day to day running of the office including the finance and accounting function. Portia graduated from the University of South Africa with a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences and Postgraduate Diplomas in Advanced and Applied Accounting Sciences. She is a qualified CA (SA).

Data Analytics Specialist
Asante is a Data Analytics Specialist and Special Projects Coordinator at Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo. Passionate about research and development, he leverages his expertise in data analytics to enhance Drayton's search process, optimise operational efficiencies, and drive innovation within the organisation. Through the coordination of special projects, Asante focuses on improving business efficiency and delivering measurable value. In 2015, Asante matriculated from St Stithians College, where he served as Head Prefect. He achieved eight distinctions in his final examinations and was recognised on the IEB 2015 Outstanding Achievers list, comprising only 56 students nationwide. Asante holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree specialising in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town. He has successfully completed his core technical actuarial examinations and holds the designation of Technical Member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (TASSA). Following his graduation, Asante participated in the prestigious Adrian Gore Fellowship Programme and spent two years as a Research & Development Actuarial Analyst at Discovery Insure. In this role, he managed the life cycle of personal lines insurance products, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the insurance sector.

Nomsa is a Research Analyst at Drayton Glendower and Mokhobo. She works as an active member of the research team combining research and knowledge management skills for Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo clients. Executive Search Experience Nomsa joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from Mindworx Academy. While at Mindworx, she completed Robotics Process Automation (Blue Prism) Training, Business Analysis, and Business Analysis for UiPath. Before that Nomsa spent a brief stint at Old Mutual working as a personal financial Advisor and at Rain Maker Solutions as a User Researcher. Nomsa graduated with a BCom degree in Economics, a BCom Honours (Economics) from the University of South Africa, and a certificate in Business Analysis.
Thabang Sithole
Research Analyst
Thabang is a Research Analyst at Drayton Glendower. He works as an active member of the research team combining research and knowledge management skills to deliver extraordinary service to Drayton Glendower clients.
Research Experience
Thabang spent 4 years at Spencer Stuart as a Knowledge Analyst supporting the research team. During his tenure at Spencer Stuart he was responsible for providing insights on market movements, Board structures and new developments, while working with a global team.
Prior to joining the executive search industry, Thabang worked as an Associate at EY, dealing with Quality Assurance, Property Evolutions, assess registries and research. Prior to that he was an Administrator for Secondments at EY, where he was responsible for updating information of all contractors on the database, completing and compiling all documents for newly appointed contractors and preforming credit checks. He joined EY as an HR Intern Assistant in 2012.
Thabang graduated form the University of Johannesburg, with a degree (Bachelor of Technology) in Human Resource Management and majored in Human Research and Business Management.

Imraan is the IT Support at Drayton Glendower, responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company’s systems. He provides all technical support and ensures that hardware and software technical issues are managed adequately.

Imraan spent 4 years at Uniqfour recruitment, where he was involved in building their software tools. He also forms part of the recruitment team. He has been running IT support for 4 years before joining Drayton Glendower. Imraan is a trained First Aid level 3. Imraan graduated with a Diploma in Information technology from PC Training & Business college.

She is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage team in organising all the internal and client catering and hospitality services for the Firm. She joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from Spencer Stuart where she worked as an Office Cleaner and Beverages Assistant for 3 years. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Turshney worked as a Cashier at Vodacom.
