Asante is a Data Analytics Specialist at Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo.

As the founder of The DORO Group – a research & development firm that focuses on advising traditional communities in South Africa – he is leveraging the knowledge and skills in his network to add value to various areas of the company and to co-ordinate special projects.

In 2015, Asante matriculated from St Stithians College, where he was elected as Head Prefect. He obtained eight distinctions in his final examinations and was recognised on the IEB 2015 Outstanding Achievers list (56 students were recognised on this list).

Asante has a Bachelor of Business Sciences Degree, specialising in Actuarial Sciences, from the University of Cape Town. He has completed his core technical actuarial examinations and has achieved the designation of Technical Member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (TASSA).

After obtaining his degree, he was a candidate in the Adrian Gore Fellowship Programme, which resulted in his placement as a Research & Development Actuarial Analyst at Discovery Insure. In this role, he was responsible for managing the life cycle of personal lines insurance products for the organisation.
