Thabang spent 4 years at Spencer Stuart as a Knowledge Analyst supporting the research team. During his tenure at Spencer Stuart, he was responsible for providing insights on market movements, Board structures and new developments, while working with a global team.

Prior to joining the executive search industry, Thabang worked as an Associate at EY, dealing with Quality Assurance, Property Evolutions, assess registries and research. Prior to that, he was an Administrator for Secondments at EY, where he was responsible for updating information of all contractors on the database, completing and compiling all documents for newly appointed contractors and preforming credit checks. He joined EY as an HR Intern Assistant in 2012.

Thabang graduated form the University of Johannesburg, with a degree (Bachelor of Technology) in Human Resource Management and majored in Human Research and Business Management.
