Hilda is a Consultant supporting the Executive Search Capability at Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo.

Experience and Business Expertise

Before joining Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo, Hilda spent 10 years with Spencer Stuart in various roles. She was the Research Director leading a team of Research Associates and also served as a Senior Associate executing on various search assignments for the sub-Saharan business across a variety of industries and geographical locations and worked with matrix teams based in South Africa, the UK, Chile, Australia and the USA.

At Accenture, she served as a member of the Global Research Team, supporting the Financial Services Practice Group, and later the Strategy team responsible for competitor intelligence research.

She began her career as a Librarian at Statistics South Africa, and also worked at LiveTechnology South Africa, responsible for Account Management for the web hosting services.

Hilda graduated with an Honours Degree in Information Science from University of Pretoria and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Limpopo, majoring in Psychology. She has also obtained an Advanced Management Diploma from the Management College of South Africa and completed a Leadership Development Programme with the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
