Executive Search and Commercial Experience

Dianne has 8 years experience in executive search, having worked in both multinational partnership and start-up contexts.

Dianne joined Drayton Glendower & Mokhobo from Spencer Stuart, where over a period of 6 years she served as an Executive Assistant to a number of senior consultants and managed assignments spanning a variety of industries, geographies and levels.

In addition to her tenure at Spencer Stuart, Dianne served as an Executive Assistant at Odgers & Berndtson and as Executive Assistant to the Company Secretary of Growthpoint Properties.

Prior to Spencer Stuart she worked for Computershare Ltd. as an Executive Manager/Transfer Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations and project management of various listings on the JSE.
